Process Operation

The substance in powdered form moves between the two counter-rotating rolls of the compactor, subjected to extremely high pressure. As the volume diminishes in the area of highest pressure, the substance is shaped into a dense, solid sheet or flakes of components. The ingredients are processed into smaller flakes or compact sheets to achieve the preferred grain size. The equipment ensures meticulous attention to avoid the creation of fine particles throughout this procedure.
