Design Mechanism

One of the applications involves producing starch-based paste in the Paste Kettle.
A container with a dome-like shape guarantees even heating of the starch paste while maximizing the surface area it covers. The design, featuring a tilting mechanism, facilitates the effortless transfer of the paste into another container or vessel. The starch is added to the kettle, followed by water, until the mixture achieves the preferred consistency. A lid is set on the kettle, and it is subsequently heated until the starch fully dissolves, resulting in a thick paste. This paste can be mixed by hand, or you can utilize an anchor-type agitator that will keep the paste moving continuously to avoid any lumps from developing. No matter what, the outcome will be the same. The temperature can be set to the exact degree you want by using the provided thermostat, and you can check the temperature on the included dial thermometer. The jacket can be customized to suit a range of different operating temperatures.

The Paste Kettle complies with cGMP standards and features a jacketed hemispherical bowl along with all necessary steam accessories.
