Operation / Working:

The filling nozzles are located below the bottles as they travel along the conveyor, and an indexing mechanism, also known as a stopper system, ensures that the bottles are precisely centered below the nozzles. Using a syringe, pump, or cylinder, the desired pre-set volume can be sucked and delivered. Pumping cream or paste from the hopper into the empty container or tube is what the piston does when it’s working. Chyawanprash, Pickle, Face Scrab, Jam, Hair Gel, Ointment, and other similar products with a smooth consistency and a high viscosity can be processed using this machine. The volume in the syringe, pump, or cylinder can be adjusted with a hexagonal bolt using the volume adjustment block.
