Starch paste kettle is intended for the preparation of paste. The cGMP-compliant Starch Paste Kettle has a jacketed hemispherical bowl and all the required steam accessories. The jacket on this kettle is designed to allow steam to pass through, melting the product and creating paste. The product is discharged from this kettle using a special tilting arrangement.
The purpose of the tilting paste kettle is to prepare pastes, creams, and ointments. It can be used anywhere and produces consistent melting. This tank is intended to fill gaps in the chemical, food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries by accommodating a greater variety of products under a range of operating conditions.
Working Principal
The basic principle of this kettle is the jacket for passing steam in order to melt down the product to make paste. This kettle has a unique tilting arrangement for discharging the product.
